PA module can operate at 4KHZ-100GHZ according to customer requirements. It is aluminum housing, powered through a preamplifier, and then starts to operate with ultra-high standing wave ratio and ultra-high power protection to avoid/reduce damage caused by misoperation  It can not only work alone, but also form a more powerful unit, with a maximum power of up to 20M watts. More functions and parameters can be customized according to actual needs. 



  • The SWTEMC150 family of broadband amplifiers covers the frequency range from 9 kHz to 6 GHz. It is compact and lightweight, suitable for amplitude, frequency, phase and pulse modulation. The input, output and sampling ports can be configured with a wealth of switching options, easily realizing many different applications.

  • The SWTEMC150 broadband amplifier is modular, lightweight and specially optimized for different frequency bands.  Amplifiers are available in two versions, low-power amplifiers are standard 19-inch rack size, 4U high, and can be used in tabletop or rack type, while high-power amplifiers must be mounted in rack type.  Broadband amplifiers can be controlled manually with a display and buttons, or automatically through a remote control interface or web browser.

  • The SWTEMC150 broadband amplifier supports applications in four microwave frequency bands: 9 kHz ~ 250 MHz, 80 MHz ~ 1.0 GHz, 0.8 GHz ~ 3.0 GHz and 2.5 GHz ~ 6.0 GHz.  Therefore, it can meet many different application requirements, including EMS testing of different standards, up to 6GHz.  In industry, the BBA150 broadband amplifier is well suited for validation testing, both in quality assurance and component development and production.  In addition, it can also be applied to scientific research, engineering physics and communications.
